The Best Coin-Operated Pool Tables for Your Bar

CityWide Amusements exclusively installs Valley Panther Pool Tables for our customers, which meet all specifications for pool leagues. These pool tables are heavily built and their durability shines in a bar environment: They stand up to the wear and tear of everyday bar use.

Constructed of highland maple with a laminate finish, ¾-inch slab of solid slate, with a high-grade felt surface. With ordinary use in a bar, the playing surface may need to be recovered every year or two. When replacing the felt, we use only Championship Green Tournament Ultra-Teflon cloth, a standard covering for Valley billiard tables.

We use premier Duramitch Aramith balls, which consist of pure phenolic resin, not plastic. They are resistant to chalk staining and are more durable than the average billiard ball set. Aramith balls provide consistent ball reactions, direction, and English.

Not only does CityWide supply the billiard balls to go with your pool table, but we’ll maintain them, too, bringing them back to our shop periodically for cleaning and polishing.

In a bar environment, no billiards equipment suffers more damage than the pool cues (pool sticks). During our weekly visits to each customer, we routinely replace broken pool sticks, as well as tips and stick butts, as part of normal maintenance.

Customers in pubs, taverns, and bars can test even the best- built equipment, but certain problems are inevitable. Typical issues include balls stuck inside the billiard table, objects clogging pool pockets (e.g., shot glasses, ashtrays, toy cars, clothing!), and of course, broken pool cues and missing billiard balls.
